It was quite a treat to go on a 4h walk with Neil Hewett through an older rainforest and learn about the plant species, the aboriginal culture, and the biodiversity and ecosystem of the rainforest and the impact of global warming. Neil is an incredible storyteller bu also is very knowledgeable across a number of fields – history, biology, bioscience, environmentalism…and the list goes on, but above all – he cares a great deal about out planet, our legacy, and does his bit for the future generations to be able to marvel the treasures of the rainforest.
