i IPURCHED 2 TICKETS FROM THIS OFFICE IN DEC 2017

There are 2 women who answered the phone; These 2 had no consideration for the passenger ; All they were after was money; The 2 were not knowledgable in their field at all and could not answer a very simple question in airline industry; Dealing with Cyros Travel was PURE nightmare

They deserve NO STAR NIGHTMARE NIGHTMARE
