I paid for 2 dives in a “diving center” and they take me to a TOUR that I had done 2 days ago and I had told them NOT TO BE THE SAME AREA THAT I ALREADY KNEW! They laughed at us, my friend paid for a baptism that she did not do because of the currents and the 100 tourists snorkeling that you bumped into them. SCAMMERS IN YOUR FACE. I was only able to do 1 dive at 2:00 p.m.! Because he was flying the next day and needed 24 hours for security, I HAD TOLD HER. Even so, they said that I could do… THEY CANNOT PLAY WITH PEOPLE AND CHEATING IN THIS WAY AFTER HAVING CLEARLY TALKED EVERYTHING AND BEING MY LAST DAY IN THE RED SEA/EGYPT. I have left with a bad feeling of not having dived in an official padi point. DO NOT believe the kindness they show, everything is to get your money.

Pagué por 2 inmersiones en un “centro de buceo “y me llevan a un TOUR que habia hecho hace 2 dias atras y le habia dicho que NO FUERA LA MISMA ZONA QUE YA CONOCIA! Se rieron de nosotras, mi amiga pagó por un bautismo que no hizo por las corrientes que habia y los 100 turistas haciendo snorkel que te chocabas con ellos. UNOS ESTAFADORES EN TU CARA. Solo pude hacer 1 inmersion a las 14h de la tarde! Porque volaba al dia siguiente y necesitaba 24h por seguridad, SE LO HABIA DICHO. Aun asi decian que podia hacer…NO PUEDEN JUGAR ASI CON LAS PERSONAS Y ENGAÑAR DE ESTA MANERA DESPUES DE HABER HABLADO CLARAMENTE TODO Y SIENDO MI ULTIMO DIA EN EL MAR ROJO/EGIPTO. Me he ido cn una sensacion mala de no haber buceado en un punto oficial padi. NO creeros la amabilidad que muestran, todo es para sacarte el dinero. – via

The equipment that I got was malfunctioning: the pressure showed 40 BAR (when you should go down with at least 180-200). The instructors told me to ignore it and that it’s okay since it’s only the display that is broken. I’m a naive person and tend to trust people so I rolled with it even though I felt uncomfortable.

I ran out of oxygen in the middle of the dive and finished it using the instructors’ oxygen…

I’m a two star diver and know how to handle myself but I don’t want to imagine what would be the consequences if the same thing happened to one of my friends who have zero experience with diving.

Went with them for snorkeling, and the weather was windy.
The boat didn’t head where it was informed to us, they took us to a small island for less than 10 minutes where the photographer on the trip took a photo, to sell us later, then rushed us back to the boat.
Only one snorkeling stop, which was not enjoyable due to location and weather.
A plus point is that they were concerned about our safety, but breifing and safety instructions, was no match to my previous trips, lacked a lot of information.

They should have been honest about weather conditions and either cancel the trip or let us choose if we want to proceed for the trip. – via

This is a great family run store, I would highly recommend if you are considering an SSI or PADI certification. Safety and comfort were their priority. Joe and Katy are AWESOME! Joe’s backgrounds is in special operations Navy diving (he is far too modest to tell you that to your face) and Katy (his daughter) has been running the store for 6+ years! We truly felt like apart of their family, and my wife and I had no issues on our first ocean dive in Grand Cayman. – via
