It saddens me that I must write this negative review. I tried multiple times to contact the owners or representatives of the company with NO response. I am posting this to warn others that this ziplining company is HORRIBLE. First I want to say, this is not my first ziplining experience. Many years ago I was fortunate enough to do my first ziplining in Hawaii. It was an Amazing experience and I didn’t walk away with multiple bruises all over my legs, picture below. I booked this ziplining company despite the fact it was 3 hours each way from Bend Oregon. It sounded wonderful, ziplining through the trees. When we arrived the two guides were young guys, both presented very conceded, and frankly bored with the whole routine. Once up to the spot where we had to do a test run, they both ran through it rather quickly and often times showed off on their skill set, making others feel, well less than adequate. Both my husband and I have several complaints about this company, but I will keep it short and sweet. We had to hook ourselves onto the line, there were 9 lines, each time I struggled to hook myself in, one of the guys was so busy showing off on how he could stand right to the edge of one of the platforms that he couldn’t be bothered with helping me. When I really struggled, and I asked him for help he complied but come on, that is his job right? You have to stop yourself on the line, which is VERY difficult, and each tree has these wooden steps, so when you are coming in fast, you run right into these wooden stairs, and the result is legs full of bruises. The experience was HORRIBLE, I would not recommend this company to anyone. The guys are young and VERY full of themselves and extremely condescending. I had hoped management would reach out and hear our complaints and take the feedback and try to improve the areas that are needed. But instead they take your money. Stay clear of this company, I wouldn’t be surprised if they shut down in the next five years. – via
