Decent hotel, but believe there are better options.

Service had a ‘really don’t want to be here’ attitude, gave short answers and wasn’t the friendliest. Room was fine, but there were some stains on the wall, foldable clothing wrack had a broken leg that was taped back together, and toilet had a big wad of hair in it.

Breakfast was some packaged pancakes and a couple apples (apples were actually really good!). Location is also amazing and if you’re lucky you can snag a free parking spot in front of the hotel.

All that being said I won’t be returning. – via

The staff here are very helpful. We ordered 1 room they had for my disable mother and it got water damaged. They immediately tried to find another room to accomadate her. They were able to find another room with just a shower but regarding the beds if you have a need for lower beds ask for the roll away cot, all their beds are high. The cleaning crew and front desk staff are amazing! – via

Perfect Location for San Juan. Close to the best places to eat, beaches, casino,
shops. The rooms were nice and clean. Please note: We picked this hotel partially because it’s one of the only ones advertised to have shower/tub combos. We were given a room with no tub and a double bed (we paid
for Queen bed). When I complained, I was told that most of the rooms have been renovated and most of the tubs are gone. They did promptly switch us to a different room with a tub and a queen (or maybe king?) sized bed. So problem solved, but not without us having to ask/complain. – via

Loved the stay at this hotel! I think the rates are very decent for the location and amenities, plus my husband and I got an upgrade when we arrived! The staff is super friendly and the area was safe and super close to all the cool restaurants and bars. We highly recommend Coral Princess! – via

An unbelievable cruise.
Wasn’t sure what to expect from the holiday, however I can say that the food and service, the destinations, quality and friendliness of the crew were absolutely fabulous.
