We just left after an incredible week at Coco Plum Island Resort. Everything about our experience was amazing. The staff made you feel special and took the greatest care to deliver exceptional service. The Island is gorgeous and the grounds are immaculate. The food and bar service are top-notch! My husband and I just returned from a weeklong stay at Coco Plum, and we cannot say enough about the absolutely amazing experience! From start to finish, this was the most seamless trip thanks to the incredible staff.
This was a delayed honeymoon from 2020, which we had booked before the pandemic. When it became clear we’d have to postpone, the reservations team was courteous and helpful with options and stayed in touch with updates, far exceeding the typical customer service experience when dealing with a standard resort. When we were finally able to book a new date, it was as simple as that: pick a date, and they handle the rest! Never have I had such a worry-free planning experience when it comes to traveling to a new place, it almost seemed to good to be true. But sure enough, the outstanding service continued throughout the entire trip. These amazing folks go above and beyond to make sure you are relaxed and taken care of, and they do so flawlessly. I could go on and on about the beauty of the island and the atmosphere, the wonderful options for daily excursions, and the absolutely delicious food, and I still could not do it justice. But what sets this resort apart the most from anything else is the group of incredible people who make it a point, each and every day, to provide a truly personalized experience for each of their guests. Alex, Bella, Mark, Jess, Amador, Omar, Lydia, Linden, Jose, Ms Jude, (and so many more!) – thank you all for being so kind, caring, and all-around wonderful people! I’ve never seen so many goodbye hugs on a checkout day, but it speaks volumes about how you all were able to connect with each of us in such a short amount of time, and all of us were genuinely sad to not just see an end to vacation, but to have to leave you all!

We had the pleasure to stay at Coco Plum and Belizean Dreams in December and we are already trying to plan our return. The staff is hands down the best part of the trip. Everyone will know your name from the moment they greet you with a mosquito bite coming off the boat. The most relaxing trip we’ve ever had. We got to snorkle, hike Mayan Ruins and waterfalls, and go ziplining/cave tubing. Nothing beats waking up early morning to capture the sunrise on the overwater cabanas and having breakfast delivered to you. Can’t thank the staff enough. This was our first all-inclusive and Coco Plum definitely set the bar high. Looking forward to returning! – via

My daughter went here on her honeymoon a year ago and booked a mother daughter birthday trip for us this past week. It was beyond amazing!! The staff alone is a five star besides all of the immensities. We both did a massage which I highly recommend as well extremely peaceful and professional was the best massage we have had. Miss Jude is the best cook in the world lol and miss Bella runs that place like clockwork with extreme personality as well as professionalism as well as everyone on her staff the bartenders were excellent fun and super accommodating even down to the groundskeeper cannot thank everyone enough for such a great experience I’ve had one small lifetime highly recommend and hopefully coming back!!

Every single staff member is an angel sent from Heaven. They all know your name, remember your food and beverage preferences, and really make you feel like you are their top priority.
We spent a week at Coco Plum for our honeymoon, and can’t wait to come back someday. They feed you 3 full meals/day, plus snacks in between, and every single meal was perfect and delicious. The wifi is very impressive, and there isn’t a single dead zone on the island, so you can even lounge under a cabana and watch Netflix 100 yards into the ocean if you wanted to. For the excursions, we went snorkeling, ziplining and cave tubing, and they were all extremely enjoyable and highly recommended.

Idk where to start with this review. I have nothing but amazing things to say.
I haven’t even left Belize and I am already writing this review (literally as we are waiting for our flight to Belize International airport). The ENTIRE staff at Coco Plum was PHENOMENAL!!! Courteous, professional, niceeee, polite, warm welcomes (major shout out to Alex), flavourful food (she is AWESOME….you definitely taste the love she uses when she makes each and every dish), fun….these are just a few descriptives. A few!! Lol.
We celebrated our ten year wedding anniversary and Coco Plum catered to us every step of the way. Literally, every step. Anything we asked for they delivered! They make your stay at Coco Plum feel like your second home.
Everything that was cooked tasted delicious!! My husband is a chicken tender/french fry kind of person and he ate/tried everything that was cooked and he said it was really good! Seafood is freshhhhhh!!! Omg.
The atmosphere there is like no other. We saw so many amazing creatures and learned a lot from the Staff there. When it was time to leave, it felt like we were leaving family. We are definitely coming back to visit and see you guys again.
