We have just returned after a 14 day all inclusive holiday at the Sheraton Miramar Resort.The quality of service and helpfulness from all staff was superb. The quality and variety food and drinks was amazing, many of the cooked dishes were prepared to your requests in front of you and variety of salads and pastries was fantastic. Beautiful gardens and lagoons linked the hotel accommodations, which made walking around a pleasure. – via

Tolles Hôtel . Grandioser Service. Tolles Essen . Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt . Ja es wird fleißig renoviert und man hört immer wieder mal eine Baustelle . Aber irgendwann muss es ja gemacht werden . Hatten noch ein altes Zimmer. Ja alt aber sauber . Dusche war jetzt nicht mein Fall aber wenn wir wieder kommen bekommen wir doch hoffentlich eines der renovierten hellen Zimmer . Danke an das ganze Personal trotzt Ramadan so freundlich und fleißig gewesen zu sein .

Wir sind das erste Mal in Ägypten. Empfohlen wurde das Hotel von unserem Reisebüro. Der Service ist ausgezeichnet. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich,hilfsbereit und kompetent. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet und sauber. Sie sind aber auch in die Jahre gekommen und bedürfen einer Renovierung. Einige Hotelabschnitte werden zur Zeit umgebaut. Man merkt es kaum. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder. – via

J’ai séjourné dans l’hôtel du 7 au 14 mars 2024.
Cet hôtel est juste incroyable et je le recommande les yeux fermés !
La nourriture est super bonne et change tous les jours. Le choix alimentaire est très large.
Pour ce qui est de la chambre d’hôtel, cette dernière était également au top. Nettoyage de qualité tous les jours et très propre durant tout le séjour.
Tout le personnel est très attentionné et respectueux.
Je garde particulièrement en mémoire positive la jeune femme voilée au déjeuné préparant les œufs. Elle était toujours super accueillante, souriante et aimable.
Le soir, lorsque vous allez boire un verre au Miramar Bar tous les serveurs fournissent également un travail de qualité et appréciable. Je garde en mémoire très positive les serveurs Ahmed et Abdalla. Ces derniers sont attentionnés, compétant, rapide, attentionnée, drôle et efficace.
Pour aller à la place, vous passerez par de petits chemins. A gauche et a droite vous aurez le privilège de voir des palmiers, des fleures et des arbres. La végétation et la décoration est magnifique dans tout le complexe. – via

Wir waren vom 11.-18.2. 2024 im Hotel Sheraton Miramar,in El Gouna.
Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.
Unser Zimmer war schön.Es hatte einen großen Balkon und ein großes Badezimmer.
Es gab 2 Schränke,einen großen und einen kleinen.
In dem großen Schrank war ein Safe untergebracht.
Es gab auch eine Minibar,die jeden Tag mit Softgetränken und Wasser aufgefüllt wurde.
Die Anlage ist groß und wunderschön.
Alles ist sehr gepflegt und sauber.
Es gibt mehrere Strand-und Poolbars.
Es gibt einen großen beheizten Pool,in dem wir jeden Tag schwimmen waren.
Auch die Pools sind sehr gepflegt und sauber.
Es gibt mehrere Geschäfte im Hotel.
Einen kleinen Supermarkt,in dem man Sonnen Creme,Zigaretten,Badesachen,Strandtücher und sogar Medikamente kaufen kann.
Es gibt einen Schmuckladen,einen Taschenladen und einen Souvenir Shop.
Das Essen war reichhaltig und sehr lecker.
Es gibt im Hauptrestaurant mehrere Stationen,wo man Pasta nach Wunsch bekommt,frisch gebratenes Fleisch,Fisch,Pizza.
Zum Frühstück werden dort Omelettes,Spiegeleier,Pfannkuchen und Waffeln gebacken.
Es gibt eine große Brot-und Brötchen Auswahl.
Ebenfalls gibt es frisch gepreßten Orangensaft,den man nicht extra zahlen muss.
Die Angestellten war immer sehr freundlich.
Ob die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption,die Kellner,die Roomboys oder die Security Mitarbeiter.An unserem 45. Hochzeitstag waren wir im orientalischen a la carte Restaurant zum Essen.
Unser Tisch war schön geschmückt und das Essen war sehr lecker.
Es gab mehrere Gänge und zum Abschluss bekamen wir noch eine Torte vom Hotel,zu unserem Hochzeitstag.
Es gibt auch ein italienisches a la carte Restaurant.
Am großen Pool haben wir immer zu Mittag gegessen da wir wie schon geschrieben,jeden Tag schwimmen waren.
Auch dort war das Essen immer sehr lecker.
Es gab verschiedene Nudelgerichte,Pizza,Sandwiches,Salate und Eis.
An einem Tag sind wir zum Hotel Steigenberger Golf Resort gefahren.
Das wurde von unserem Hotel angeboten und war gratis.
Dort gibt es einen Turm,von dem aus man über ganz El Gouna schauen kann.
Das fanden wir toll.
Vor dem Hotel stehen immer Tuk-Tuks,mit denen man zur Marina oder nach El Gouna Down town fahren kann,für 2 Euro.
Wenn man möchte,kann man aber auch mit einem Taxi fahren.
Wir können das Hotel Sheraton Miramar wirklich sehr empfehlen.
Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. ?? – via

Okay so first off it is a bit of a trek from Hurghada airport approx 40 minutes but hey it’s a great relaxing hotel, even on the 14th march when there was a power cut during the evening meal the staff and management coped very well. Recommend going on the pedalos round the estuaries and channels of the hotel, my wife was informed the hotel is approximately 26 years old – it doesn’t show it. Had most of our lunches at the beach bar, once again staff and food very good, my wife and I have stayed at this hotel 3 times now, once was over Christmas and it was way too busy but hey it’s to be expected at that time, we will definitely come back (but not at Christmas) – oh we asked reception for keeping the room on one member of staff told us €60 until 6pm and when we later went to confirm we were told €50 until 5pm hmm confused, thought it would be one standard price and time but hey sure it will get sorted.

It was a single storey, quiet setting on the lagoon, only issue maintenance could do with rodding the shower drain, took an age to drain apart from that room was very nice and the cleaner did a great job.
Okay so in the restaurant in the morning you will find a great innovation; separate fried egg area to the omelette area thus reducing queues great idea (very cheerful lady on the fried egg area).
My wife went on the garden tour which was very informative, lovely knowledgeable staff and good addition to the entertainment programme.
As I am generally one for being bitten by pesky Egyptian insects I have escaped Scot free, is this due to the lack of grass one wonders ??
Ps another power outage during breakfast 16th march for about 1/2 hour big cheer when it comes back on, but hey these things happen.
Internet speed more than adequate throughout the hotel (from reception through to the beach) for surfing, no Watts app calls, they are blocked. – via
