I paid for 2 hours of waterskiing (from 2pm to 4pm) and they deducted 22 minutes!!!!the staff said “if you come late, bad luck”
At 3:55 p.m. it was my son’s turn and the staff told him “time’s up”..what???
They water skied about 1:30 even though I paid for 2 hours!!!
Staff were very rude..this experience was anything but nice.Children were very disappointed..
Never again..

Ich war gestern bei Chill and Wake und das war keine schöne Erfahrung.
Ich habe für 2 Stunde wasserskifahren bezahlt (von 14:00 bis 16:00 Uhr)und sie haben 22 minuten abgezogen!!!!das Personal hat gesagt “wer spät kommt,pech gehabt”
Um 15:55 mein Sohn war dran und das Personal hat ihm gesagt “die Zeit ist um”..waaas???
Sie sind circa 1:30 wasserskigefahren,obwohl ich für 2 Stunde bezahlt habe!!!
Personal waren sehr unfreundlich..diese Erfahrung war alles anders als schön.Die Kinder waren sehr enttäuscht..

Sehr schöner Wakeboard Tag. Wasser klar und frisch. Eine Bereicherung für Friedberg. Ohne Wasserski würde hier was fehlen. Zudem ist der See sauberer durch die Wasserskianlage. Das Wasser bleibt in Bewegung.
