We paid $700 for a jet ski manatee tour. Not only did we not see any manatees which is not in their control but ours and our tour guides jet ski broke and we were stuck stranded in ocean until we were rescued by a boat. Gasoline spilled on all of our stuff and even on the googles we had to use! They refused to give us any money back. – via

If you’re on Ambergris and don’t use Castaway as your excursion headquarters you’ll be missing all the authentic fun and experiences of the Belizean Waters!!
The owner Brian and site manager Francis are two of the finest men I’ve met. Boat Captains Kevin and Derek will lead you on the best tours available on the islands.
My family has used other Tour/Excursion companies on Ambergris on previous trips….we’re disappointed we didn’t know how critical a choice getting the correct one really was.
Use Castaway and enjoy the smiles and eternal memories. I can’t wait to come back!! – via

Amazing 1/2 day wave runner tour of the area!!! Jesus was an incredible guide – super knowledgeable of the area and attentive to all your needs! Loved snorkeling with the sea turtle and my absolute highlight was hanging out with a manatee!! This tour covered so many awesome views… even at high speeds 🙂 – via
