*Bad service for inexperienced Divers*
I was about to buy my first wetsuit ever.
A “professional instructor for 20 years” sold me a Wetsuit in a size XL because I’m tall.
Trying it on dry, it felt tight so I bought it.
The next day everyone in my dive shop told me it’s way too big for me and explained the purpose of a wetsuit -trapping a thin layer of water next to the skin which then is warmed by the body heat- I fitted perfectly in Size S/M of different other brands of wetsuits.
Trying to get in touch with Casco Antiguo was hard. My request was firstly ignored (fair over the holidays) but even after I was postponed day by day. In the End changing the wetsuit in a smaller size was not possible because I already “used” it.
I feel deceived – another store trying to sell it’s unsellable goods – via

What a shame, in truth the service is precarious.
They pay no attention to helping the customer.
We called them saying that we couldn’t reach their schedule, which is extremely reduced. They didn’t even make an attempt to help us.
It was better to go to Cancun to buy something to go to Bacalar. Playa del Carmen, small businesses don’t feel like it? – via

– via

Dined on 01/07/2023. We were a party of 6 and the restaurant was not bus. The food was good. Everyone loved the tacos. The Carne Asada Plato – steak was gristly, accompaniments were good. This meal was nothing you would rush back for to have again. Margaritas were 2 stars 🙁
Frustration lies much more with the services. Started out good but went downhill with at crash. When placing our orders, we made it very clear there were to be 2 checks: party of 2 & party of 4. After finishing our meal & drinks we waited easily 30 minutes for our bills, and when it arrived it came as one. We asked that the bill be divided as originally requested and we were told we would have to wait. That took another 30 minutes after which each person received an individual bill. Party of 4 paid their $213 ticket with $220 in twenties’ ( 11 $20s). Waiter came over and insisted they were $20 short. Canadians are very precise when they exchange CN money and bottom line is the waiters is $20 richer.
Checking party of 2 bill, entrees were over charged based on the menu price.
Will not be recommending. – via
