Our guides were very friendly and nice, but one of the girls who check us in did something wrong we didnt appear on our tour when we ask they send us with the group but the same girl i think her name was Gaby was very rude and she told us infront the group that she dont call us and we ask her to double check on her tablet, she check and we were there, instead to apologize she continues to said we werent on her list at the begining very unconfortable time for us, but worth the experience the view was amazing and our guides very kind – via

I booked a utv excursion over the phone and was charged but never received a email confirmation. So after a $80 Uber to this place they told me they couldn’t find my reservation. Customer service was terrible. They didn’t offer us anything even tho I had proof the money was taken out of my account. Time wasted and money wasted. – via

Ricardo Melendez was our tour guide, we had a great time , great place to see the national rainforest, which yourself in the river as well, as drink, a coconut water right from the coconut. The only thing I suggest is that they let people know to bring cash fir tips for tour guide, as well as to be able to buy and purchase stuff at the little restaurant on the bottom. – via

10/10 The staff was friendly from start to end. The first time I came Andrew was our tour guide we had such a good time, the Utvs are now a must do when visiting Puerto Rico because of him. This time around our guide was Jamel and he was an awesome replacement for Andrew. He was fun and shared the history of the forest with us. He made sure we had a good time and showed us some amazing views of the forest. The rainforest is a must see, the experience and staff here are amazing. You and your group will be glad you went. – via
