We rented Shorty wetsuits for the snorkeling trip to Dry Tortugas. Would highly recommend a Shorty wetsuit for snorkeling this time of year. They were super helpful and great to deal with. Price was super reasonable. – via

My father and I were scheduled to go on a dive with Captain Hooks on Saturday. We were called at about 7:25 in the morning to be told that we were the only two on our scheduled time, and as such would have our dive either canceled or rescheduled. We were given the option to join their 7:30 dive (within 5 minutes of the call) or reschedule for Sunday. We chose the later, only to have the dive on Sunday canceled due to poor weather. I understand and appreciate the fact that weather is a serious concern when diving, but what I am disappointed about is the cancellation on Saturday. Even if it was a small group, that hardly seems our concern and not a good reason to cancel. – via

We had a great time snorkeling. Captain Brad and Meghan were helpful. Meghan swam out to get a member of our party when she got tired and swallowed water. Everything was efficient and went smoothly on our trip. Brad’s Dad jokes we’re so b(r)ad they’re good. Jesus, now I’m doing it! Dove Sombrero lighthouse with them on Jan 1. Great diving, tons of marine life sharks, rays, barracuda, lionfish, swarms of tropical fish. Divemaster – led. Great crew, nice boat steps from a good store. Lovely afternoon diving. I’m a return customer and one that will happily return again.
