A bad experience at the Cántamar hotel, they committed fraud, they charged for a badge that we supposedly damaged, according to what they did a room inspection, which they did without warning and without anyone being present, they entered the room without authorization, which they should not do while the room It is rented, they changed the key leaving me unable to enter the room, I asked to see the “damaged” key and they did not want to, I asked for the receipt for the purchase of the new key and they did not want to show the receipt either, be careful, they take advantage of the fact that they have the deposit money in their hands to take your money, without the right to defend you – viaGoogle

We had such a great time the zip-lines where so much fun the staff are absolutely brilliant well worth taking the morning out of your busy vacation.
Just make sure you wear good footwear as there’s a good bit of walking but well worth it.

Can not fault this experience, very thrilling!

Bus picked us up a little late, but to be expected. Was taken to the meet up point at head office before being taken up to the mountains where the compound is.

When we got there, staff are very friendly and helpful. The gear they provide is in excellent condition.

The ziplines themselves are excellent and you can pick up some speed on the longer ones! Little walking required between some of the lines so comfortable shoes are a must.

They provide a photographer so can get some good shots (little pricey for what it is, downloads…). I used a GoPro attached to helmet which captured the whole experience very well.

Once you finish, they provide water and fruit which was much needed.
