The WORST treatment I’ve ever received & I’m humiliated.

I went in the store (located in Devonport) whist wearing a backpack (and so were my children). My children were demanded to place their backpacks behind the service desk but I (who was wearing a backpack also) was not even asked to do so. As we looked around the store, we saw other children (around the same age as my children are) and none were demanded to do so. My children and I was humiliated in front of all who witnessed such atrocity. I’ve never been treated with such disrespect and could only imagine how my children felt throughout this ordeal. – via google

Very friendly and helpful service.
I popped in here to look at kayaks, I was greeted with a friendly hello. Moments later when hovering around the kayaks, I was asked if I could be “assisted at all”, I politely refuse. Then after about 15minutes of me wandering and looking, I was followed up by another staff member, who was knowledgeable in the sport, and guided me to my future purchase.
I appreciated the insight and the understanding that I wasn’t buying on the day. I also appreciated the focus on Australian stock and confirmation of plenty of stock in another location. . It’s another reason to shop local. Well done canoe & surf. – via google
