Sorry to have to say this as I am a local and I love my town, but the Pontio is an architect’s confidence trick with vast, showy spaces to look at but mean little spaces for the visitors. It’s also a flthy dive with scarily stained soft furnishings you don’t really want to touch. This is a supposed upgrade of our perfectly nice Theatre Gwynedd which was demolished to make way for this monstrosity. It suits neither it’s surroundings in the town nor its purpose. Rich Hall however, was awesome as usual. – via google
