Amazing service. Martin and all of his staff have the patience, flexibility and professionalism to deal with all kinds of ages and any particular needs. They gave us all the confidence to fully enjoy all of the dives they organised. Their local knowledge means that all the dives we went on allowed us to have just the kind of experience we would want.

Really recommend this dive centre. It was only my second time diving, and my friend’s, who’s 70, first!
Mike was so kind and patient teaching us our safety skills and looked after us so well as we took our dive.
The under water world around Malta is fascinating.

My wife and I found Buddies on 23 September 2022 as we were walking around in Bugibba and I went to enquire whether we could dive the following day (our anniversary) – bearing in mind this was right in the middle of the busy season I was half-expecting no availabiliy but, nevertheless, despite a virtually full diary, Martin made it happen.

The following day we were picked up from our hotel by our instructor Ryan. We were driven to a dive site near the ferry port and had a most excellent dive and a thoroughly enjoyable experience. Ryan was a thoroughly lovely chap, very friendly, knowledgeable, and the exemplar of divinig professionalism – it felt like we were diving with a friend we had known for years.

I cannot recommend Buddies enough – a massive thank you to Martin and Ryan for a wonderful, amazing day! – via
