To get a video I would have to redo the launch paying both launch and video at full price (250 €). I have never even been offered a discount on any other launch. To get the refund, I was initially told to go to the office even if I live in another city. They finally made the transfer to me, almost a month after launch. At this point they told me that they would send me at least the photos of the launch, too bad that after weeks and several messages they told me that they also lost the photos and that my refund covered that too. I chased them for 2 months where they dumped the barrel between them, they told me they would retrieve the video, then the photos, and in the end they had nothing. I got rude replies saying my frustration was unmotivated. I found them very unfair and unprofessional.

Lancio perfetto, tutto il resto terribile. Esperienza rovinata. E’ stato perso il video del lancio per cui ho avuto un rimborso di 70€, il costo del video.Per avere un video dovrei rifare il lancio pagando sia lancio che video a prezzo intero(250€). Non mi è mai stato proposto nemmeno uno sconto su un eventuale altro lancio. Per avere il rimborso inizialmente mi é stato detto di andare in sede anche se vivo in un’altra città. Alla fine mi hanno fatto il bonifico, dopo quasi un mese dal lancio. A questo punto mi hanno detto che mi avrebbero mandato almeno le foto del lancio, peccato che dopo settimane e diversi messaggi mi hanno detto che hanno perso anche le foto e che il mio rimborso copriva anche quello. Li ho rincorsi per 2 mesi dove hanno fatto scarica barile tra di loro, mi hanno detto che avrebbero recuperato il video , poi le foto, e alla fine non avevano niente. Ho ricevuto risposte scortesi dicendo che la mia frustrazione era immotivata. Li ho trovati molto scorretti e poco professionali. – via
