Rudy est un enseignant d’apnée hors paire. Souriant, hyper pédagogue, investi dans son travail.
Il parle Anglais et Français. Ce qui est un plus je l’avoue, cela m’a mis en confiance de pouvoir parler en français pour découvrir ce sport.

Une expérience exceptionnelle à faire en Thaïlande !! Ruddy est professionnel et passionné, offrant des cours bien structurés , pour tous les niveaux où l’on peut tester différents environnements : des cours dans une piscine moderne situé dans un cadre exceptionnel pour débuter, puis à la plage et des excursions en bateau pour avoir plus de profondeur. Ces différentes expériences ajoutent une dimension pratique à l’apprentissage, permettant de maîtriser les techniques dans divers environnements et offre une compréhension approfondie de la plongée en apnée. Tout cela participe à créer un environnement sûr et encourageant.

Empresa de buceo que pertenece a un grupo de franceses, solo interesados en hacer dinero y que lo último que les preocupa es tu seguridad.
Acudí a la escuela para realizar mi certificación PADI. Cuando nos dimos cuenta que tomaba una medicación que no estaba permitida a la hora de hacer buceo la dueña llamó a un médico de la zona que dejó claro que no se podía realizar buceo bajo ningún concepto tomando este mismo.
Cuando colgamos la llamada la respuesta de la academia fue: “No pasa nada, lo podemos pasar por alto”, “Ya hemos hecho esto antes y está bien” intentando que pasase por alto la opinión del doctor para no solicitar mi dinero de vuelta (que evidentemente hice) el cual me devolvieron parcialmente después de una gran lucha.
Mi consejo: No te dejes guiar porque la academia sea un poco más barata, lo barato sale caro. Descubrí varias escuelas locales en los alrededores los días siguientes que me ayudaron y me solventaron todas las dudas que tenía, mirando primero por mi seguridad y no por mi cartera.

I wanted to get to know the sport of Freediving. I did my AIDA 1 course with ALL BLUE Freediving. The instructor was Ruddy. Very good, professional and enthousiastic instructor. I can highly recommend their courses for anyone interested in freediving.
The AIDA 1 course consisted out of half a day at the pool and half a day at the beach. The first day at the pool we got an introduction and theoretical explanation about (not) breathing. We did static breath hold on dryland and in the pool and dynamic with fins. I was really impressed about the progress one can make on a single day.
The second day we were introduced to two different disciplines: Free Immersion and constant weight both with fins. – via

Dived with Blue Whale in January 2021 for 3 days and was very happy with my choice and particularly impressed with Khun Gary Lee.
Khun Gary is a PADI Course Director (not just Dive Instructor but the famed Course Directorship status!) and I later found out that he is also a very famous underwater photographer in Phuket. Khun Gary speaks very fluent Thai, English and of course Mandarin.
I researched a lot before choosing Blue Whale and never regretted. Khun Gary not only led the dives, but also taught us how to take better underwater photographs. He also had this humongous (million baht) camera and was happy to take photographs of my Buddy and I.
So happy that besides enjoying the 3-day dives, I learnt so much more about underwater photography and most importantly, had many FREE portraits of myself underwater! They remain the best portraits of myself underwater ever taken so far!
Definitely recommend this dive shop for anyone interested in diving in Phuket and South Andaman!
