And what is not necessary is also communicated in this way.

An equally friendly technician who fixed a problem with a hose (although it was only revised a month ago) and provided further insights into the technology.

Above all, the competent diving instructors and guides. The dives were perfectly planned and briefed. What particularly impressed me is that you weren’t “let in the water” straight away just because you had the appropriate certification. A check dive was conducted. This increases safety, not only your own, but also that of your buddy and thus of the whole group.

Our board crew always cooked delicious food and made sure we had beautiful days at sea.

The base management was always a friendly contact with a lot of experience.

All in all a successful thing

Ein freundliches Office-Team und das nicht nur vor Ort, sondern auch mit eMail-Kontakt in Deutschland. Mir wurden vorher schon alle Fragen beantwortet und alle Wünsche (soweit möglich erfüllt) – TOP und NEIN hier geht es nicht um schlichtes Verkaufen, sondern es wird beraten und vorher der Bedarf gecheckt. Und was nicht nötig ist wird auch so kommuniziert.

Ein genauso freundlicher Techniker, der ein Problem mit einem (zwar erst vor einem Monat revisionierten) Schlauch behoben hat und weitere Einblicke in die Technik ermöglichte.

Vor allem aber auch die kompetenten Tauchlehrer und Guides. Die Tauchgänge waren perfekt geplant und gebrieft. Was mich besonders begeistert hat ist, dass man nicht gleich „ins Wasser gelassen“ wurde nur weil man ein entsprechendes Brevet hat. Es wurde ein Check-Dive durchgeführt. Das erhöht die Sicherheit, nicht nur die eigene, sondern auch die des Buddy’s und damit auch der ganzen Gruppe.

Unsere Board-Crew hat immer leckeres Essen gekocht und dafür gesorgt, dass wir schöne Tage auf dem Meer hatten.

Auch die Basisleitung war immer ein freundlicher Ansprechpartner mit großer Erfahrung.

If the staff already knows that there is not enough lead on the boats and on the house reef, then people could react and fill up and not shift every day. The common diver (i.e. me) thanks for sufficient lead in sufficient denominations in 1kg, 2kg, and 2.5kg pieces. (Leading out is supposed to have something to do with safe diving, I’ve heard??) The common diver (i.e. me) would also be grateful for pieces of lead marked in different colors. That would be the icing on the cake! One can dream. Zu den zahlreichen positiven Rezensionen gibt es nur Weniges zu ergänzen. Das Hausriff bietet überraschend viel und lohnt sich allemal. Alles Organisatorische läuft sehr professionell. Und das Eine was ich anzumerken habe ist kein Gemeckere, sondern konstruktive Kritik. Verbesserungswürdig ist die Ausstattung mit Blei. Wenn der Staff schon weiß, dass auf den Booten und am Hausriff zu wenig Blei vorhanden ist, dann könnte Mensch reagieren und auffüllen und nicht jeden Tag umschichten. Der gemeine Taucher (also ich) dankt für ausreichend Blei in ausreichend vorhandener Stückelung in 1kg, 2kg, und 2,5kg Stücken. (Richtig ausbleien soll angeblich was mit sicherem Tauchen zu tun haben, hab ich mal gehört??) Der gemeine Taucher (also ich) würde sich auch dankend über farblich unterschiedlich gekennzeichnete Bleistücke freuen. Das wäre dann das Sahnehäubchen! Man darf ja träumen.
