So disappointing to see this great Scuba place be taken over by a scuba chain, SeaPro Divers, where they don’t seem interested in providing you a great scuba experience. The scuba instructors and dive masters are great, but the new management is terrible. They will not accommodate couples that have different scuba skills forcing them to separate into different groups. And, they have increased the prices with no improvements in the boats or equipment since taking over Blue Vision Adventures. Alas, it’s time to look for another dive center that cares about their customers. – via

So disappointing to see this great Scuba place be taken over by a scuba chain, SeaPro Divers, where they don’t seem interested in providing you a great scuba experience. Nos cancelaron la reserva sin avisar para meter a un grupo más grande. Nos presentamos en el sitio a primera hora de la mañana preparados para salir y al final nada. No nos buscaron ninguna solución ni nos compensaron de ninguna forma por la cancelación. No disponían de hoja de reclamación. En fin, bastante lamentable el nivel del servicio para un lugar con unas condiciones tan increíbles para el buceo.

Gone to the dogs in the last few months! The owner has sold it to some dive company that has turned this once beautiful dive resort and training centre into a complete mess. The best staff they had are all leaving or have left. The auxiliary staff are the laziest people on the island. Bottles not filled with air, close early, make zero friends and try to sell you nothing to its customers and disorganization like you have seen. No manager runs the dive centre athough abmillion promises by the owners to employ a manager. The have probably the best location on the island with some of the most beautiful clear waters and great diving sites to see they have just killed the place. The new owners are just as lazy as the staff they employee ie they couldn’t care one bit about the dive centre or there customers. – via
