Stayed in the hut with shared bathroom and it was amazing! The hut was very cute with private porch and the shared bathroom was always clean with plenty of showers and toilets.
The food at blue lagoon was always delicious and lots of options as a vegetarian. The snorkel and cave trips where the best part of our trip to Fiji! – via google

Loveliest view with the loveliest staff. What an awesome stay at Blue Lagoon to be able to swim around fishies and see corals up close. Meal plan is decent – never felt hungry and most dishes are about or above average for US restaurant standards. No complaints. – via google

Beautiful resort, and amazing staff. I stayed in the dorm room which had fans and ac which was super nice. The beds were comfy and the pillows were great. There’s also fans in the restaurant/lounge area. I don’t think I ever had a bad meal here and especially the dinners each night were spectacular. The restaurant staff is super friendly and always made everyone feel so welcomed. Most night they have singers and guitarists playing while you eat which really adds great ambiance. They have plenty of activities to do each day and the cave trip is super cool. They also have fresh flowers displayed nicely around the resort which is a beautiful touch. The only negative things I can think of which aren’t deal breakers by any means, the wifi is only in the restaurant/lounge/pool area and doesn’t reach any of the rooms (can be nice for a change though.) Also the shared bathroom for the dorms could just use a deep clean and a fan would be a great addition to the bathroom. Overall I really enjoyed my stay at the Blue Lagoon Resort and I hope to be back one day. – via google

The whole resort is very clean and there are many activities every day you could choose of, but the most outstanding was the friendly and helpful staff! Einer der besten und schönsten Tage unseres Lebens!! Wir waren vor zwei Wochen mit der Crew unterwegs. Und wir hatten Glück dass die Walhaie überhaupt noch in der Gegend unterwegs waren. Einfach beeindruckend die sanften Riesen!! Der Tag war perfekt organisiert: Informationen über den Walhai und wie ihm begegnen. Tipps fürs Schnorcheln, das leckere Buffet. Und nicht zuletzt die tollen professionellen Fotos, die wir im Nachhinein über einen Link herunterladen konnten. Die Crew war so freundlich und lustig, es war ein überaus gelungener Tag. Could be so nice – staff ruined it

First I want to start with the positive things
Friendly welcoming and nice office staff
Clean! No bunk beds
Showers and toilets close to dorm
Hike with nice view
Lovely beach
Big pool
Free water, wifi is better than others (barefoot Kuata)

Sun beds

Worst thing was the organization of the staff. I am sorry but don’t you train people? What are the requirements? I wrote an email beforehand that I have special dietary requirements. They said no problem
When I arrived I reassured that I want something vegan. No problem
But they seem not to communicate with the kitchen
There’s no vegan dish on the lunch menu so I asked them to change some things
Salad is still with honey mustard (I am fine with honey but just so you know) the salad came with lettuce and apples and oranges instead of beans, coconut, pineapples and pumpkin so complete different
Same with the Buddha bowl
No tofu for the full stay
I said vegan during every meal and explained no meat and fish and no eggs and dairy and butter in general and still got mayo with pumpkin
They clearly have no idea what they are doing
Dinner was hilarious as well
Staff came four times over asking if we had our soup yet
Every time declining but still no soup after one hour
Male Barkeeper is the worst – his attitude is awful
Drinks are gross – do not buy cocktails they’re disgusting and overpriced
Closing Happy Hour early and taste like a drunken teenager would mix it
They wanted to charge me 40$ for a massage I didn’t have so double check not to get screwed
Meal plan for 129$ is a must unfortunately and like I said food was good but not planned at all. The other dinner (menu is the same but no vegan option) I could not choose what to have and ended up with a beetroot and orange as main course (how can you be satisfied after that?) they refused to give me a second plate of fruit as dessert

Breakfast same thing three attempts until they understood I said no egg and ham
Before that I still had egg inside (they wrote it down so idk what they do with the notes)
Thankfully there is breakfast buffet with fruits and soy milk! Hot water and soy milk all day!

We just returned from Blue Lagoon Resort on the weekend after 7 nights of bliss! My husband and I and our 2 teenage daughters chose this location to experience the real fiji and totally relax and get back to basics. I have to comment that the quality of the resort was so much better than we expected, the photos online don’t do it justice. The water was so blue, we had perfect weather and the accommodation was spacious, good quality and the food – OMG….. we read some reviews that the food was fabulous, but we had 3 meals a day and most of this was A-La-Carte with a few fijian banquets to break it up which were also great. The service was absolutely wonderful, the people were very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this resort for a family with teenage children, I am not sure if it is for younger children as there is a kids club and a water slide in the water, but not many young kids were there while we were. I only have one negative comment related to the water transfers – they take 4 hours! I was told this by our travel agent, but it really is a very long journey to the Yasawa Island, albeit – worth it. Thank you Blue Lagoon Resort – a wonderful family holiday. – via google

This place will forever be special to me. I asked my girl to marry me here (she said yes ) We stayed in lodge 2 and it’s very basic but nice and clean with no air conditioning just a ceiling fan (was okay) there was shared toilets/showers that was kept clean

We spent Christmas here (2 nights) and the food was amazing! Woke up Christmas morning to the sound of the staff singing Xmas carols outside the room! Very nice touch! Breakfast, Lunch and dinner was all perfect and you get to pick from a menu which had plenty of choice to please a crowd.

They offered free snorkeling gear and kayaks which was a great touch. The coral reef is amazing and a must see.

Blue lagoon has the BEST beaches by far not a pebble in sight (just hermit crabs )

If I can offer advise it would be to put some training into making your cocktails nice as they wasn’t that great (my only complaint)

Big shout out to Sai … we enjoyed your company and thank you for sharing your story’s. You went above and beyond to make our stay perfect.

4 star resort with 5 star service
