My recent experience completing my PADI Open Water Certification dives with them was nothing short of amazing, and I highly recommend them. The staff was incredibly accommodating, organized, and friendly, making me feel comfortable and at ease throughout my time with them.
I had the pleasure of working with three of their exceptional instructors, Keline, Michelle, and Don. Their expertise and professionalism contributed greatly to my safety and enjoyment throughout the dive. They patiently answered all of my questions and provided valuable tips to improve my skills underwater. Thanks to their guidance, I felt confident and well-equipped for the dives.

I am traveling to Asia for a couple months and decided to get scuba certified ahead of time in California. Blue Holic was the closest scuba shop to my home and was the first place I went, to learn about classes and how I could become certified. This was one of the best choices I made, the instructors and employees made me feel so welcome and comfortable, they were very flexible with my needs, and they had very thorough answers to all of my questions. I had some struggles and fear learning how to scuba and they guided me patiently throughout the entire experience. I am so grateful to my instructors, Keline, Gabi, Eryn, Seth, and Taylor for giving me tips and encouraging me the whole time! The community they have built is very kind and open, and I am so happy to have met them. I highly recommend Blue Holic for your varying scuba needs. I was on the hunt to buy the Vader by Gull mask, so I stopped by Blue Holiday Scuba. From the moment I stepped into the shop I felt awesome vibes (no pressure into buy anything). Keline was extremely knowledge with any questions I had and they made sure I was happy with the fit. I left happy with a new Vader mask in my hand! Got my rescue certified here and bought some scuba gears as well.
My experience with BlueHolic has been amazing. I highly recommend taking courses here.
The people in the shop are down to earth, knowledgeable, and truly passionate about diving. They happily answer any dive questions.
I was also impressed by how thoroughly the instructors taught me through the rescue diver course.They were nice yet firm when it came to important skills and techniques. Contents were taught succinctly yet informatively. I surely got my money worth.
Huge thanks to the instructors Harry, Keline and Seth! I am definitely a much more confident diver now!
In terms of gears, Harry, the shop owner is knowledgeable and helpful finding the right gears I want. He is also a technician which means if I ever have any issues with gears such as regulator and bcd, he will take care of them. He also assembled the regulator and custom-fitted the backplate bcd I bought so It fits me really good.
