We did both the Biobay and beach hopping tours and really enjoyed both! We met our drivers for both tours promptly at the agreed time in front of El Blok hotel in Esparanza.
The Biobay tour was about 2 hours long, our guide Cruz was very knowledgable on the ecosystem that supports the Biobay and also pointed out constellations and planets in the clear sky. The bay itself was amazing to kayak through with glowing water anytime the kayak or paddles ran through the water, and having clear-bottomed kayaks added to the experience.
The beach hopping tour was completely customized to our preferences – our guide Eric took us on a small trail, showed us cultural sights around the island, and took us to Caracas beach for snorkeling (unfortunately the currents that day prevented us from seeing much, but we still had a nice time in the water). He gave us multiple great recommendations for activities after our tour as well. Even when we had vehicle trouble in between, he dropped us off at the beach in his private vehicle, picked us up with a replacement, and added an extra trail onto our tour to make up for the disruption.

Our group of 4 people went on the Bio Bay clear bottom kayaks tour, September 2022 1 day before Hurricane Fiona. The company was very professional, the staff was super they really knew things that I never even thought about, very informative, the water glowed like a blue glow stick, amazing and beautiful. – via

??Most unreliable tour agency on Vieques! Canceled without any explanation 3 hours before the tour despite having taken our credit card number and confirmed our spots. No support whatsoever to help us find an alternative, just condescendingly ghosting our messages. I recommend to avoid. – via

Very nice and informative!
The group was only 10 people, the tour took 2 hours.
Kayaks had glass floors so visibility was lovely.
All people involved were kind, helpful, and polite.
The tour guide was very knowledgeable and engaging.
