My boyfriend and I had a super nice beginners surf lesson with Manuel. Manuel is a very experiences surf teacher having a natural way to teach. We felt very safe, comforted and guided throughout the whole lesson. He knows exactly how to motivate and push people to their best and we both managed to stand up . Also great service with included pick up/drop off from our hotel and included wetsuits as the water was too cold. Easy and clear communication process via WhatsApp and transparent payment process with a deposit payment via PayPal. All in all we had an amazing time and can 100% recommend!! – via

We had a group class with Manuel and Beyond The Dream today and it was absolutely brilliant. We were picked up from our hostel and taken to an epic beach for beginners – with few other surfers. Manuel was a fantastic teacher, super hands on and gave lots of feedback which meant we all improved rapidly. He was a strict teacher but really fun! We were in a very small group which meant we got lots of instruction and individual attention.

Some of us had done beginner lessons before, others had never held a board. We were all standing and catching great waves by the end of the session. (I personally have done many beginner lesson from the UK to Spain to Canary Islands and this was by far the best, best value and clearest.) Manuel has a huge passion for surfing and we all felt really comfortable in his company!

Can’t recommend him enough! If you’re considering booking just do it now, you won’t regret it. Thank you Beyond The Dream ️ – via

Me and my BF took two surf lessons with Manuel during our stay. He is a great instructor, really clear and patient. We have had many surf lessons but had yet to progress to standing up consistently. Managed to make some progress which is great. We had two full hours in the water both times. 5/5, great experience, you won’t regret it. – via

We enjoyed three days surfing with Beyond the Dream Surf. Manuel is a really great surf teacher, we always felt safe with him and had a lot of fun. Hanna and Manuel even gave us tipps for the best places to eat and drink in SJDS. We can highly recommend Beyond the Dream Surf and will definitely come back. – via
