Beautiful, amazing place. So much bigger and more wild than most botanic gardens, with lots of trails you can walk of varying lengths and difficulties. I did a self-guided tour and the map and book they provide are very helpful. I saw so many birds here including keel-billed toucans which were a huge highlight for me. There is a bird watching shack near the pond where you can sit inside and see many birds in that area. There are also a couple of very friendly dogs who will walk with you for awhile and seemingly try to lead you down to the river. – via

Was going to give it 5 stars already, but wish I could give it 10 after they returned my husband’s phone he accidentally dropped Beautiful grounds, personalized tour for our interests, and interesting fruits to try. Highly recommend making the trek out there! – via
