The Mermaid diving centre based at ‘Rixos The Palm’ hotel, is a fantastic dive centre.

It’s run by Yasser, accompanied by diving professionals Hamid and Aaron.

Our kids have been diving here now for 5 years, the eldest completed his PADI open water junior about 3 years ago and our youngest (now 10 years old) has just completed the same course.

Starting with 2 pool dives to gain confidence and skills before progressing into the sea – the theory assisted by ‘The Captain’ Yasser was also completed whilst we were here – once qualified it is followed by a fun recreation dive, all logged on the PADI app.

This really is a gem of a find, and one of the reasons we return to Rixos hotel every October – I believe they take clients from anywhere though, it isn’t limited to hotel guests.

Overall, a highly recommended diving centre! – via google

Прошёл первый шаг подготовки. Игорь Токарь отличный инструктор. Важно, что он не только умеет все чему учит, но и доносит это очень четко и точно. Я специально посмотрел лично и поузнавал у знакомых, как проходит обучение в других местах и у нас и за границей. Так вот смело могу сказать что обучение в центре IDC у Игоря это лучшее из того что я видел и слышал. Я, после прохождения курса, находясь рядом с другими дайверами, которые тоже только закончили курс подготовки или имеют небольшой дайверский опыт, реально чувствовал себя на порядок более подготовленным. Я очень рекомендую эту школу и инструктора. Сам планирую продолжить обучение.

Очень комфортное место для дайвинга. В наличие очень большой выбор прокатного оборудования от масок и до гидрокостюмов сухого типа, из интересного также возможность попробывать погружения с ребризеами rEvo и SF-2 а так же с подводными скутерами. Бассейн имеет глубину 5 метров, что позволяет проводить тренировки любого типа. В дайвцентре предусмотрены локеры для хранения личных ценных вещей и комната для сушки личного снаряжения.
