We recently stayed at Beaches Ocho Rios and had the time of our lives! The resort truly has something for everyone, from the adventurous waterpark to the tranquil championship golf course. The lush tropical gardens, private white-sand beach, and breathtaking ocean views were the perfect backdrop for our family vacation. The food was outstanding, with seven gourmet restaurants to choose from. We were also impressed with the variety of activities available, from the five swimming pools to the dedicated scuba practice pool and ocean of water sports. We highly recommend this resort for families who are looking for a fun-filled, all-inclusive vacation. Thank you, Beaches Ocho Rios, for making our vacation one to remember! – via google

Amazing and amazing both times I went. It’s now my home away from home! The staff is A1 especially Paula, Shoshanna, and Reechie in the dining room and Raheem, Donovan, and Raygon were awesome!! The drink were always on point and the energy was amazing! – via google

what a magical Family Resort! Our family of 4 just came home from an amazing vacation from Ocho rios beaches resort with so many wonderful memories! First off the property is so beautiful, everyone was so welcoming and took such good care of us ! The food was 10/10 , including personal requests that were met and made with love. The service was so good, drinks and activities , entertainment , oraganization and most of all the STAFF were so amazing and friendly ! We will be back for sure and highly recommend this resort to anyone!

Paula the supervisor at Bayside res , she took care of us our whole entire stay, going above and beyond to make our families stay incredible. shes family now

Shashane hostess bayside res She was always smiling, making sure to make sure we were always satisfied, her welcoming energy was something we will never forget. shes family now

Paul swim up bar, He was so friendly and amazing with our kids , making sure to take care of every thing we needed in the water , he always made us laugh.

Natalie exursions , , she took care of all our adventures , it was always nice seeing her in the morning , she was always so sweet. If your looking for exursions , shes your girl!

Jerome .J. neptunes res, he was such a kind soul, taking care of everything little thing our family requested , going the extra mile for us. Such a great server.

O Dayle main bar , he was always so accomadating, making sure those drinks were magic.

Roshawn crepe bar, he was absoultly wonderful, making that special ice coffee and always being so kind.

Rolando front, helped us with anything we needed always

Garth New entertainment, so amazing with our children, he played an awesome game of soccer with them.

Shantal main bar, she treated us so kindly, and she makes magical drinks. we are blessed to have met her.

Omar pool bar, another amazing person who took care of us

Raygon and Jenoy , baggage , these guys helped us with all our baggage making everything so smooth and most of all making us laugh!

What can I say really about the resort. Generally it’s looking a bit tired and dated. The complex could do with a good renovation. Would not class it as a 5 star venue. The rooms we were in and was in 2 had a damp smell and that was even present in the cushions on the sofa bed. In one room we seemed to have an issue with cocktroches and still the same after a treatment. The food was very hit and miss with generally not lots of flavour to it in many of the restaurants.
The saving grace for the resort was the staff. You could not find a more pleasant and helpful set anywhere. Nothing was to much and often went above and beyond to make things as comfortable and pleasant as possible and was always done with a genuine smile. The only reason I would go back is for them not the resort itself. 10 out of 10 for the staff even higher. 5 out of 10 for the resort – via google

I would love to know where missing packages go. Head office customer service themselves don’t have a system in place to determine whether missing items posted are thrown out or misplaced. Sadly the mailing system’s standards are so low that you’d have to use registered mail or independent mailing agencies to be confident about mailing. I’ve always heard about mails slipping through the cracks and now I see why companies don’t have confidence with the Post Office – via google
