My girlfriend and I did the Sunrise Gunung Batur Trekking. Our guide Jero ran was excellent. He was punctual, very friendly, very funny, outgoing and goes above and beyond to provide the best experience possible. We booked a few additional trips with Jero Ran subsequently and have been very impressed with the service every time and the impressively smooth driving around some chaotic and narrow roads. I would highly recommend the trip!!! – via

My experience hiking up Mount Batur was absolutely amazing! Highlight of my trip in Bali!! Our driver Kadek catered to all our needs and Rantia our hiking guide was fantastic leading us up the mountain in the dark. Rantia knew where all the challenging obstacles were and made sure we were safe at all times. Would definitely recommend!!! – via
