Our second time flying with Justin, we highly recommend Barossa Balloon
Adventures professional but fun crew!

Such a surreal feeling floating across the Barossa.

Have felt completely safe both times, this time literally had all our eggs in one basket (kids), they loved it too!!

Cancelled 3 times due to weather which I can understand but …

Cancelled 3 times due to weather which I can understand but to reschedule there were no spots available for 6 months each time. By the third time I’d had enough family that had bought the flights were told no refunds as it was bought as a “gift certificate”.

Owner is a rude piece of work. Avoid like the plague. – via

Wouldn’t recommend it was a complete waste of time been canceled twice and they never even contacted me nor sent a email to confirm never answer the phone or return calls will happily message with a blunt reply rude af and now told me I should have booked with them as thru adrenaline was the issue
