We had also received incorrect information from the agency through which we had booked, since a small snack with the pilot was announced after the flight, which did not take place, since he flew on directly with the next group.
The pilot has a lot of experience and we always felt safe with him in the air! The view was amazing too!

Der Flug war wunderschön, jedoch leider viel zu kurz. Wir waren nur ca. 35 Minuten in der Luft. Außerdem waren wir super eng in den Korb gequetscht und nach der Landung kam direkt die nächste Gruppe, die ebenfalls eine Sonnenuntergangstour gebucht hat. (während unserem Flug war daher leider noch kein Sonnenuntergang gewesen)
Es hat sich nach reiner Geldmacherei angefühlt.
Durch die Agency über die wir gebucht hatten, hatten wir auch falsche Informationen erhalten, da nach dem Flug ein kleiner Snack mit dem Piloten angekündigt war, war nicht stattfand, da dieser ja direkt mit der nächsten Gruppe weiterflog.
Der Pilot hat lange Erfahrung und wir fühlten uns durchgehend sicher mit ihm in der Luft! Die Aussicht war ebenfalls unglaublich! – via

Nice trip and much cheaper place to experience hot air balloons compared to other parts of the world.
Check the weather beforehand, we had an overcast morning so booking sunrise was a complete let down in that sense. Sunset would have been much more dramatic.
There are not many other balloons in the sky as there are only 3 companies so don’t expect to have lots of hot air balloons in your photos.
