Terrible service, they only care about getting your money experience with them was terrible. I suggest doing a balloon ride somewhere else, or with somebody else in Canberra and not with this company. – via

Ballooning over Canberra wow we can’t recommend this experience highly enough.
We flew over our fair City taking in Lake Burley Griffin the early morning rowers and then to top it off,the tree tops of the magnificent National Arboretum which was like a fairy tail.
Thank-you to our Pilot and crew who were absolutely delightful,after landing we shared a champagne and talked about how ballooning first began.

Much appreciated.
