**** Update
: I later called them after searching a few times for the right number online. Putu was good and I now have a private tour for an extra $50 AUD which isn’t too bad. So I’ve probably paid approx $100 AUD for a whole Private day trip
****
have not heard back. I have paid for a group booking / but then you need me to pay extra as it’s now a private trip (it does not mention this on the booking page!!!?)
I have offered to pay extra cash and you won’t contact me? – via

We had a decent experience with a one day tour visiting various sights around Bali. Nice guy, showed up on time, drove us to all the places, took a lot of pictures of us. His driving style was much safer than any of the taxis we used in Bali.
Unfortunately his English was not very good. We were able to communicate basic things, but that’s about it. He also didn’t have much to say about any of the places we visited.
Our guide was using Google Maps to navigate and he was having constant problems with it (I think he had not downloaded offline maps, so every time he lost network signal, he lost navigation as well even if GPS signal was available. This could have been avoided by using offline maps.) We made a lot of u-turns. One time we got lost in tiny jungle roads and it took about an hour to find our way back to civilization! Our guide had to ask help from several locals.
I was wondering how all the other reviews are 5 stars. Maybe we didn’t have one of the usual guides. We had to reschedule our tour on short notice, so perhaps the guide we had is just a friend of the owners who was helping out? – via

I did the Bali day tour, exploring the most scenic spots.
Must do experience in Bali if you are limited on time and want a hassle free experience getting around. This tour is definitely the best value compared to similar tours I found! I will definitely be using their company for other tours in Bali that I am interested in.
First off, Denik was an amazing guide. He picked me up early in the morning at my hostel in Canggu (although he would have picked me up almost anywhere) at the exact time we agreed on. Car was clean and had AC for the upcoming hot day so it was perfect. We first went to Lempuyang temple. Zedik told me in advance that it would be very crowded due to a religious ceremony, which was very thoughtful of him, but I decided that I wanted to go anyways to see the ceremony. He was not joking, it was packed! Still a wonderful experience but if you want to go to the temple for the famous “mirror” shot, make sure to ask Denik how busy he thinks it may be.
From there we continued on the rest of the itinerary and each stop was amazing and unique. Make sure to bring flip flops or sandals for the waterfall (and some shorts/swimsuit) as well an umbrella in case it rains. Also be sure to bring some cash since there are small donations or entrance fees for the spots, nothing crazy.
Denik spoke great English and provided background on everything you asked, wonderful to converse with as well! He is also an amazing photographer, he took all the photos at each stop and made sure to get the best shots! Each stop is pretty flexible in terms of how long you’d like to spend as well so you can stay as long or little as you like. Plus if you find somewhere you’d like to stop, Denik was more than happy to do so.
Overall an amazing day, highly recommend! – via

I booked my rafting expedition with Bali Tour Activities, and it turned out to be a wonderful decision. Not only did I get it for half the price my hotel was offering, it also turned out to be an amazing journey through the beautiful palm forests of Bali. The experience is comfortable, safe, and fit for family groups. – via
