Booked the jeep sunrise tour with black sand, black lava and hot springs and it was an incredible experience and would recommend it to anyone! We booked it very very last minute and we were picked up at the exact time they said we would be. Our guide Adi was so so lovely and genuinely couldn’t have been more helpful. He gave us so much information and history about everything we saw. He took 100s of photos for us without us having to ask him. He found us an incredible little spot a bit higher than the jeep viewpoint with chairs and a table. I stupidly wore flip flops but he gave me a hand both up and down the mountain so I didn’t fall. Had a good laugh with him and key us fascinated klaviyo the area the whole time. If you book this trip and get him as a guide then you’ll have a fab time! – via google

We booked a private hike up mount batur with this company very last minute via WhatsApp. The driver arrived promptly at our hotel at 2:30am, Tana was our guide up the mountain and he was so great! Figured out our hiking experience quickly and was an excellent guide with excellent conversation and photography skills at the top. Local Guides: Putu & Madek

My friends and I did this hike recently and I got to admit: It was really tiring. Our guides were prepared and helped us to carry food and many big bottles of water. Highly recommended for people with a certain level of fitness. Thank you Putu & Madek!!

P.s more about the hike: it begins with a few flight of stairs to the temple. There is a route entering the jungle and this path last for about an hour. We were then greeted with a rocky path and after about an hour, we had to start climbing the rocks with our hands for about another hour. – via google

I did the Mt Agung Trek with this agency. Really quick and professional answers on WhatsApp. The trek itself is honestly quite hard but with determination I think most people can complete it. Just go step by step, stay focus and listen to your guide. Speaking of the guide, I had Ketut and he is not only a really great guide but also a really nice person, if he is available he is the one you need. Really pro, really nice and careful. He has a lot to share and he will make this trek even more perfect.
Overall it was maybe the best experience of my life, the challenge is so rewarding, the view at the summit is out of this world and it will just leave tou speechless.
Can’t recommend enough this agency and please ask for Ketut or his friend, they will make sure your trek will be safe and enjoyable. – via google

Today we did a sunrise hike to the summit of Mount Batur, our guide was WAYAN ANTON. He was an absolutely fantastic guide from pick up to drop off. He was informative during the whole hike, a good breakfast was provided and a hot drink. He was careful to watch over us and ensure we didn’t slip and offered a hand where necessary. Aside from that he had a great sense of humour. We thoroughly enjoyed the trek, and would recommend Wayan as a guide to anyone. – via google

Bagus Bali offers local well organised mount Batur sunrise tours WITHOUT THE CROWDS!

I did the hike in the past and I can really recommend this tour over other operators on big online platforms! Not only is it less expensive but also they have better equipment and provide an optional walking stick that comes in handy to navigate through the gravel sections. They also take a more quieter route up where you don’t run over people, have English speaking guides and above average breakfast on the top!

Escape the crowds and go with a local tour operator! Booking over WhatsApp was uncomplicated and they accept Wise transfer. – via google
