Sowas unfreundliches hab ich noch nie erlebt. Haben reserviert für 6 Personen und ich wollte gemütlich mein Geburtstag dort feiern. Wir kommen nicht aus Köln sind eine Stunde hin gefahren und standen am Parkhaus, im Stau. Hab natürlich direkt Bescheid gegeben über Instagram weil telefonisch jemanden da erreichen nicht möglich war. Es waren 10 min Verspätung und 1 min vom Parkhaus entfernt. Ich wurde angerufen und wurde soo unglaublich unfreundlich, unverschämt und vorallem lautstark gefragt wo ich den sei und was das soll, der hat uns nicht einmal aussprechen lassen. Bis wir dann gesagt haben, dass er den Tisch abgeben soll weil wir uns so eine Frechheit nicht geben wollen. Dann kam nur noch „ ja ich hab auch nur angerufen um Zusagen dass der Tisch weg ist“ ja was diskutierst du denn dann?!? Ich würde im Leben kein Fuß mehr rein setzen. Solche Leute sollten nicht in der Gastronomie arbeiten und erst recht so einen Laden führen, sehr schade für so einen schönen Laden. – via google
