The Staff is awesome. But…Management wanted to charge an extra $199 each for my friend and I to dive on their boat. They stated that was the new policy for new for new customers on the boat. Problem is that we both already been on the thier boat. In fact, my friend is a dive instructor and took students out on thier boat. Safety first but this appears to be a money grab. I wasted money on the membership. – via

Went in to ask about scuba trips and came home with a bunch of new gear. The prices are very fair and with the Veterans Day sale I got some GREAT deals.
The staff are superb! Laura and others spent well over an hour making sure I got the right mask, fins and snorkel. They are extremely knowledgeable about diving on Guam and are enjoyable to talk to! – via

I bought scuba gear here 2 weeks ago. However, among the equipment, the equipment for measuring the depth of water was broken. So I contacted here but there is no response.
I talked about this with one of staff who worked there Dowan Kim, but he said there was nothing he could do to help. He asked me to talk to the owner. So I sent two emails, but no response.
Buying equipment here seems to be a really bad thing.
They sell a broken product and then do not respond.
Really disappointing!
