Horrible experience with their “Epic” pass. Spent half the day in guest services for no help. Very disappointed. After today Vail Resorts will never get another nickel out of me. – via

I am overweight but not huge! I’ve always had muscular calves. 6 hours to get here and they don’t have boots for anyone with curves. My calf circulation was painfully cut off in these boots. Will not return. – via
