5.0/ 5

This is truly luxury diving compared with my anything we’d done before. Climbing up the ladder after a dive to be greeted with Tea, a bath robe and whatever tasty treats Vanha (the onboard chef) has prepared was lovely. Carlos, the skipper and our Dive guide Matteo were great at advising the group about conditions and where would be best to dive. Matteo did a great job of guiding our group of eight despite differences in diving experience (some with tens of dives while others had thousands). We spent much of the week diving around Santa Maria and the Formigas Islands where we anchored for one night and had the dive sites there to ourselves. If you’re thinking of diving in the Azores this was a very enjoyable way to do so. It really was the highlight of our three weeks in Azores.

Just a warning for those who get seasick, conditions can sometimes be choppy so come prepared and also listen to advice from the crew when deciding where and when to go to the various locations. – via google
