This place is amazing, with awesome instructors and a happy ethos.

Me and my partner, Michael went for a week of diving with them, mainly with Lee and Hollie. We were shown amazing dive sites with wrecks and reefs. I saw wrecks, cephalopods and Blennies. With Michael being able to do done technical diving too.

I can say for sure that from the first moment we knew we trust them and they ensured we were looked after and happy with ALL dives. I even was able to talk to them about a few issues and fears around diving and got care and feedback about how to be stronger than before.

Me and Michael WILL be diving with them again and we are really looking forward to seeing them all again soon ??.

Had a great time diving with Lee and the team over past week in Malta, even with the unusal weather.
It was our first time in Malta and the team made us feel welcome, and were extreamly helpful.
The breifings were detailed and dives were relaxed, where the team was pointing sites and life to me and the other half.

They were also able to do a trimix fill for a deeper dive to offset effect narcosis, and able to provide steel sidemount cylinders.
Over all would recomend this dive center to all levels of divers for people visiting Malta. – via

Ended up at this diving centre as my usual didn’t have any availability. And I am so glad.
Francesca is one very professional amazing caring lady who sorted me out with dive sites I wanted to dive in with no issue!
Had the opportunity to dive with the legend Lee (from Diveshack) who is VERY knowledgeable professionally cool funny diver who gives a bit of history talk about places we pass on the way to diving. (or maybe we were just lucky )
Most of my dives were with RICARDO who is the best of the best on every level!!! Very helpful, patient and full of great stories !

If you are in St Paul’s Bay or Sliema 100 % recommend Aquatica and Diveshack!!! – via

An unforgettable moment, first time for me, a complete novice in the field. From start to finish, very professional team, whether during the first information concerning the activity, the reservation, the briefing and the activity itself. We feel comfortable and taken care of by competent people throughout, who manage to manage and prevent the slightest potential for anxiety. Ricardo is a wonderful instructor and a nice person who deserves to be known. His intern, Louca, also put us at ease and explained several important concepts to keep in mind.

I arrived by bus at 7:30 a.m., the team was drinking coffee on the terrace and invited me to join them. Friendly and warm team, family atmosphere.
Ricardo is a truly professional and caring instructor. The briefing allows you to familiarize yourself with the equipment, there is an initiation phase at the edge of the bay to move from theory to practice to master breathing, inflating and deflating the vest and other basic manipulations.

In all honesty I never ever thought I would be able to do this in my lifetime then again dreams can come true honestly the whole experience was breathtaking I felt so safe and relaxed with our instructor Francesca she was absolutely amazing so helpful and calm and helped us feel at ease it’s when you get down at the levels we did you truly realised how amazing it is down there a completely different world I certainly won’t hesitate to do this all over again when the opportunity arises thank you SSl and most importantly Francesca for everything ye made my holiday so special – via

Oggi abbiamo fatto, con Pierpaolo, l’esplorazione all’isola di Isola Rossa. Che dire. A dir poco stupenda, lo staff da in dotazione maschera/boccaglio e pinne. Con il gommone siamo arrivati fino all’isola soffermandoci in diverse calette e punti d’osservazione molto interessanti.
La nostra guida mi ha trasmesso un amore per il mare e per la sua terra a dir poco notevole. Si sentiva un forte attaccamento a queste coste e per il me turista è stato molto emozionante sentire racconti e aneddoti e curiosità da una persona così innamorata della sua regione.
Mare, acqua, vento, fauna bella anzi bellissima che riconfermano quanto stupendo sia questo territorio.
Lo rifarei? ASSOLUTAMENTE SI (p.s. ringrazio Pierpaolo che ormai mi ha messo in testa l’idea di voler fare il brevetto a tutti i costi)!!
