My husband and I went into the store today to purchase fins. The salesperson, Jonah was phenomenal. He not only answered our many questions but provided us with more answers than we had questions for! He is truly an asset to the store. We both left saying “he is the kind of employee every employer wants!” Actually every experience we have had in the store in the past has been outstanding. So great to see this. My wife and I signed up for open water training in February of 2020, of course that didn’t pan out well. They held our place until we were ready to complete the course. We signed up over this last summer and received our open water certification in October. The online course, pool dives, and open water dives, though cold, were all spot on. We moved through the material thoroughly and efficiently thanks to instructor Ron’s guidance. Before heading to the Caribbean this winter we needed to get our Nitrox certifications. Jerry not only was willing to stay until 9pm to help us meet our goals with our busy schedule but he also offered 8am the following day as an option.
I do my best to not overutilize the generosity of others but the offer to go above and beyond is seen less and less these days. Not here though, Jenny, Jerry, and their crew are personable, accommodating, understanding, and reflect not only professionalism but humanity at its finest. We bought two dive computers with transmitters, last week. The skillful and knowledgeable team at Aquatic Adventures carefully explained the pros and cons of various computers to make certain that we would have appropriate computers to fill our needs. They far exceeded expectation by taking time to put the data we wanted to see on each screen and in the order that made sense for each of us. The AA team even helped us to download the computer apps on our cell phones and made sure that we were synced and that we knew how to work the computers both directly and through our cell phone apps.
The entire team at Aquatic Adventures, led by Jenny and Jerry, is knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and helpful. They ensure that every experience with AA is a positive one. – via

Jerry Otte and his team raised me from a non certified diver to Master Scuba Diver, from the shallow waters of pearl lake to 140′ wrecks in lake Michigan. Very highly recommend for your first open water certification and beyond. – via

We have been customers of Aquatic Adventures for quite some time. Ollie, Josh and Skye are always helpful, professional and knowledgeable. This is the reason why we decided to do our Rescue Course/EFR training with them recently. The course couldn’t have been run better by Ollie, Josh and Chris. We learnt a lot, had a great time doing it and the very straight forward manner in which Ollie teaches was much appreciated. Can’t recommend them highly enough! – via

We wanted to rent wet suits for a triathlon. The staff was terrific! They were friendly and helpful in trying to find suits that worked, and very patient as we tried them on. Unfortunately they only had heavier ones than would be allowed for the event, but they did everything possible to make this work. Both my wife and I were really impressed with the care and professionalism shown at Aquatic Adventures. – via
