San Pedro Belize was spectacular! Very relaxing & offers so much to do on the water. Fishing, snorkeling, diving. Rent a golf car to see the town, go to Secret Beach. Try the best burger on the island- the Patty Flipper food truck. Best burger we ever had – you won’t be disappointed! Take the water ferry to Caye Caulker to explore – via google

Horrible experience , very ignorant staff . I asked for more weights because the 1st dive I kept floating to the top and I was having a heck of a time staying down. Well one of the staff (older man with goatee ) decided I didn’t need 2-4lbs extra weight and kept shaking his head at the guy to not give me extra weight , so I turned to the man and told him he is very ignorant, and that he doesn’t know me or how I dive.

The first dive, our leader was moving too slow and checked our gauges 3 times . But the 2nd dive he was going too fast, and missed everything, one of the other girls had to keep pointing out to him the shark, turtle, etc. and he only checked our gauges once at the beginning . So when I was getting low to 1,500 I had to tell my partner like hey let’s start heading back, but then another girl told the leader she was low 1,000 psi and he decided we were gonna go up and do 3 minute safety stop

I was also very unwell after the 2nd dive, I couldn’t see, I had a pounding headache, everything seemed so loud. I had never experienced something like this and had my head in my lap covering my eyes the whole way back and not one of the staff asked if I was OK. I got back to the boat and my family was worried I had decompression sickness or something else.

Overall was just a lack of communication, staff weren’t friendly, and after the first dive we stopped at a sand bar to swim but nobody had explained this and when I went up to ask what was going on , all I got was ignorant remarks back . I wouldn’t book this tour company again. I was also told the company was called Belize Dive Excursions but I cannot find this company or any info online. I went to shore excursions desk on the ship to ask who the dive club was and they printed me out a ticket that said “Aqua Scuba Belize & Dive Adventure”

We also found that the equipment was also unserviced (regs), masks were leaking . Bring your own equipment if you can! – via google

Just got back from Ambergris Caye. Went diving everyday (expect the last, of course) with AquaScuba! We had a fantastic experience with our dive master Francois and can’t wait to visit again. The equipment wasn’t like our personal gear, but everything was new and in great working condition. They even listened to me whine about the tie wrap being in the wrong place on the mouth piece and fixed it immediately. We had a wonderful day at the Blue Hole complete with a “sunset cruise” trip home. Will absolutely dive with this group again! – via google

Just got back from Ambergris Caye. Went diving everyday (expect the last, of course) with AquaScuba! We had a fantastic experience with our dive master Francois and can’t wait to visit again. The equipment wasn’t like our personal gear, but everything was new and in great working condition. It wasn’t bad, but Amigos is better. Their ship is better and you spend 80% of the day on the ship so it matters. Amigos has a BBQ on board so almost positive the lunch would be better. With Aqua, lunch wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t good. In the island we stopped at for lunch, we weren’t allowed to go to the bird sanctuary. I felt the crew was more worried about getting back on time to stop working than to provide us with an optimal experience. The crew wasn’t bad either, but some of them, customer service is not their foretay. – via google
