It…was pretty horrid. The slopes are overcrowded and overbooked. All of the lift lines…from the conveyor lift to the quad chair lifts…are disorganized at best and dangerous at worst. There’s no way to enter the lodge from the slopes without fighting the rental flow or walking all the way around the building. Several slopes had people sitting in the snow, seemingly at random, and none of the staff seemed to notice or care. The rentals themselves are pretty standard…decent skis, heated boots, helmets if you want them. I was injured three hours in, and the first aid/ski patrol staff were attentive and accommodating and helpful, but they wouldn’t refund my entire 12 hour purchase…even though it was their ski patrol that grounded me. The best they would do is offer me credit equal to what I spend today towards another day…and even that “option” had a narrow time window that I nearly missed. I don’t plan to come back. – via
