Unfortunately the train engine broke down about 10 minutes into our tour and they were unable to get it going again. We had to wait for our tour buses to come back and get us. In the meantime though, the tour ladies were great. Keeping us all comfortable while we waited and our bus driver did his best to show us some of the things we would have seen on the train as he drove us back to our ship Also, the tour company gave us a 50% refund. – via

I was disappointed that I couldn’t take any photos myself, even with my camera securely hung around your neck. That was a minus point for me.

The most amazing experience. I’m a larger lady and the staff there ensured my safety at all times. I haven’t laughed so much in ages!! My opening line….don’t forget to catch me!!! Such a hoot. The guys were so professional, plus humourous so we had a really good laugh. The ladies in the office and shop were.also fabulous making sure we were all OK and happy with our trip!. HIGHLY RECOMMEND ❤️❤️ – via
