This dive shop was awesome in helping me get my open water cert. Instructors Pat and Bruce made sure I was able to understand and absorb all the knowledge they had, which was above in beyond what you would expect, leaving me super confident underwater. The entire shop was an awesome group Santiago,Betty, Shane, making everyone there feel like comfortable. Highly recommend this dive shop – via

Renting with AWS was by far the best experience EVER! We rented a pontoon and it was sooo comfortable. Cruising through Key Biscayne Bay was absolutely beautiful and anchoring by the island at Marine Stadium was so cool. Booking the boat was very easy and our captain was so knowledgeable. I highly recommend using AWS for an unforgettable experience!!! – via

Had a 12:30 reservation, arrived at 12:15, was told we have to complete a temp boating license and can get on the water at 1:30p. Agreed to that. Paid and psssed the online boating license, returned back at 1:06 for our jet ski rides, was told that our timeslot for 1:30 was filled (they filled someone else for some odd reason) and we can go at 2p. Which did not fit our schedules due to a flight. We requested a refund on the phone with the owner or manager Kieth and was told it’s a $25/pp same day cancellation fee. How are we charged for your workers are the one that did not do their job correctly. If you say we can go at 1:30 and we say okay and walk about to go sit and complete the test then what was confusing and now why am I penalized for your mistake. Keith then hangs up on me and refuses to pick up and/or return the call. Wasted last day on vacation. – via

When in Miami. it can be hard to find a simple easy place to get on the water. i checked this place out seeing it on google and have to say they did an amazing job. Eris and Marcos both were very sweet and helpful and took me to all the places i wanted to. def check out ! – via Google

This wasn’t what we were expecting. We have rented before where we were able to take the jet ski wherever we wanted. Through the inter coastal and up and down the beach as far as we wanted. The description of your experience on the website is misleading. They conveniently don’t tell you that you have a small limited area where you can ride. They have to be able to see you at all times. So within ten minutes of going back and forth a few times we were over it… if you don’t care about the limited space and being watched the whole time then you won’t have a problem and probably have a good time. They seemed nice and didn’t have a problem with customer service. 45 mins ahead of time is ridiculous though. We signed and initialed three papers. Waited around for 25 mins and then the kid told us where the on and off button was. – via Google
