Well-prepared slopes, few people on the slopes, no queues at the lifts. From the glacier, you can take a connecting link to the lower gondola station at Lazaun. There are bars on the slopes where we can stop for food and drink.

Bardzo fajny, nieduży ośrodek narciarski położony u stóp lodowca Hochjoch. Ośrodek proponuje niewielką ilość tras (ok. 35 km) o różnym stopniu trudności. Najciekawsza trasa ok. 7 km prowadzi ze szczytu lodowca do dolnej stacji gondoli.

Haben nun das 5. Mal unseren Skiurlaub hier verbracht. Pisten immer gut präpariert, Aussicht wenn das Wetter mitspielt super.
Breite Pisten, mit wenig Touristen. Kein Anstehen bei den Liften.⛷️
Leider sind nun schon das 2. Jahr in Folge die Pisten an der Teufelsegg nicht geöffnet. Aus unserer Sicht nicht nachvollziehbar. Einer der besten Lifte und die tollsten Pisten und es soll nicht möglich sein die zu öffnen? Am Schnee kanns wohl nicht liegen, Hintereis ist ja auch geöffnet. Und Teufelsegg ist erst ab 18.2. geplant zu öffnen.
Werden wir „Januar-Skifahrer“ da einfach hingehalten, bis die „richtige“ Saison beginnt? Nicht fair. 1 Stern Abzug. – via

Seit meiner Kindheit bin ich in diesem Skigebiet. Was ich aber diesen Herbst von den Bergbahnen erleben musste hat mich erschrocken. Ich weiss, die Einheimischen sind ein Volk für sich, das finde ich wunderbar. Wenn aber die Angestellten derart keine Lust haben auf ihre Arbeit. Als mit dann aber der Gondelbahnfahrer vor anderen anwesenden und ZAHLENDEN Gästen sagt ich sollte meine Fresse halten wusste ich nicht mehr wie es mir geschieht. Ich habe für 1 Piste den vollen Preis bezahlt der nicht günstig ist um dann angeschrien zu werden für einen Fehler für welchen ich mich entschuldigte? Das ist mir zu viel! Der Angestellte war sichtlich erschrocken, dass ich ihm Paroli bot, er entschuldigte sich danach. Aber einfach so möchte ich das nicht hinnehmen! – via
