Terrible operation! Our family booked a lesson with Aloha Surf Lessons, setting aside our morning for the session. After happily taking our money, no one ever even showed up. No phone call to cancel, change or explain, not even a follow up to apologize for their incompetence. Their left hand doesn’t know what their right hand is doing. Don’t get burned by this poor, unprofessional operator—there are plenty of others to choose from. – via

Kai was our instructor. We’re a family of four – 40, 39, 11 and 7 and each of us were surfing within minutes. Kai possesses the ultimate surfer demeanor… patient, calm and still in awe of the ocean. I can say this was one of the best things our family has ever done together. Our 7 year old called it the best day of his life. Mahalo Aloha. – via
