My phone number was taken but after over a week I hadn’t heard to gave them a call back. They didn’t return that phone call so I called back again to be told that the owners husband just used vaseline which i do not want to use. Impresionante lugar para poder bucear!. Impresionante cantera!. Espectaculares vistas desde el espejo las paredes de piedra, todas las aves teniendo como nidos algunos huecos de las paredes que rodean la cantera. Aire, viento, sol, caricias para el alma!. Espectacular servicio de catering y ni hablar que cuenta con la permanente guardia de ambulancia y bomberos. Por fin el fin de semana pasada pude. Муж после прохождения погружений в апреле 2019 (сдавал так рано,чтобы успеть получить сертификат до лета), направил инструктору недостающие для оформления сертификата документы( фото и анкету). И получив от инструктора ответ, что все документы получены и находятся в работе, спокойно стал ждать постоянный сертификат. Затем начались странности и полный игнор любых обращений. Ни на мобильный, ни на городской телефон никто не отвечал. Мы поехали на море и обратились для погружения в дайв центр. Европейские инструктора сообщили, что мужа нет в базе, сдавших на сертификат PADI. Внести в базу учеников, прошедших обучение, можно очень быстро-в течении нескольких дней . Никто не ждет внесения в базу по 1.5 месяца. Нам советовали связаться со своим инструктором/школой и поторопить их. Мы так и сделали. Ответ на сообщение Вконтакте и ответ на письмо на почту, адрес которой указан на сайте Альфа центра, мы вообще не получили. А прошло уже более 2 месяцев. Нам ответил только сам инструктор с задержкой в 2 недели на сообщения в whatsapp. Ответил, что не получил наше письмо с фотографией и анкетой. Если правильно выразится, то про нас забыли или вернее- на нас забили. Мы повторно направили всю переписку и документы. И опять не могли 3 недели получить ответ на звонки и на сообщения в whatsapp. После сдачи прошло более 3.5 месяцев, и о чудо-мужа добавили в базу PADI. Это маленькая победа, но впереди еще нужно получить постоянный сертификат… – via
