Esperienza deludente. Scarso livello di inglese da parte dello staff. Temperatura fredda, sia in acqua che fuori, con mute e sopratutto spogliatoi inadeguati.
Abbiamo pagato un’importante cifra aggiuntiva per “noleggio gopro”. Alla fine invece la gopro la tiene il divemaster e fa delle foto bruttissime ed insignificanti. 83 foto e nessuna in cui siamo ripresi con uno squalo o qualunque altro pesce in vasca.
Infine, l’immersione è statica, con 5 punti di osservazione in cui si resta circa 5 minuti, per un totale di 30 minuti. Con 3000 immersioni alle spalle, la metterei tra le peggiori 20 mai fatte. – via

Aquarium was great and diving was awesome. That said, you couldn’t bring your own GoPro which is pretty stupid based on the reasons, especially for experienced scuba divers. It says you can rent GoPro but even when you do that they do not give you a GoPro but take the pictures for you. The picture and video they take is awful. First it isn’t the best quality and secondly they spend entire time taking picture of just the diver. I kept telling them to take pictures of the fish, Sharks, Rays, etc but they do a bad job. Many times big sharks or Rays were right next to me and the guide was taking picture of a little fish and had no clue. – via

Amazing experience! Beautiful fish and feels like you are in another world once you go into this beautiful aquarium. My only complaint which I can understand on their end but was pretty annoying after some time was the amount of paperwork before the dive. I think I just have signed my name like 20 different times for all sorts of health declarations and etc… Other than that I highly recommend this experience ???? – via

I had booked a cage snorkelling exp in Dubai mall. Myself and my friend was doing this for first time and was lil anxious about the exp. the instructor named :Raff mabulal was allotted to us. This person , the very moment we entered the water was making fun of us. We understand that he is very mu u experienced but people like us are first timers . We needed someone with patience to make us understand what we should be doing. Such an unprofessional person and who would risk life with Such a jerk.

The majority of instructors are very nice, but one of the older Filipino instructors was very rude and absolutely useless.

Having dived with different agencies, I can say giving attitude to a fresh diver who is nervous in water can end very badly. He literally told me I can’t rely on him in case something goes wrong underwater.

This is ridiculous. If you can’t be relied on, why do I need you there in the first place?

After a bout of mild panic underwater that day, when I realised this guy is not to be counted on, I was relieved to leave the water and never went back into this aquarium again.

Before that dive I had another younger Filipino guy as a buddy, and that dive went as smooth as it can be, I didn’t even want to leave the water. That guy knew his stuff and was polite and patient .

Although the place itself is cool, and the dive is enjoyable, people like the one I described at the beginning ruin the experience, and, I say that again, may ruin someone’s HEALTH or worse. I pay money for the instructor to help me in case I need him, I am not paying for him to be insensitive and rude, and add even more stress.

Not sure if you still employ him. If you do, make him re take the exam, or do something before he causes you a lot of headache.

Giving 2 stars just for the sharks and cute fish (but that has nothing to do with your company as a dive centre). – via Google

A great and wonderful experience shout out to the whole team especially Mahmoud who helped a lot and pushed me when I was facing a problem even tho I wasn’t on his full responsibility

I can not express enough how amazing of an experience I had here, the instructors were very nice and well educated and made me feel exceptionally comfortable. This was my first dive ever and the instructor took amazing care of me, they teach you everything you need to know to be safe and guide you the whole way. The animals are absolutely beautiful and it’s an experience I will never forget, being in the water with these creatures is beyond amazing and the price is very good. Thank you guys so much for an unforgettable time, if I make it back to Dubai I will absolutely be back! – via Google
