I booked online and also checked in at the main office in town. She told us to meet there at a specific time to catch the bus to the location.
From the ride there we had an easing comfortable experience with the staff members being so calm and supportive.
Coming from Auckland being our first time in queenstown we loved it.

I booked my partner in for the ledge swing in Qeenstown online, and as part of the booking process it ask you to choose transport which is the gondola up to the top, so everything is booked and paid for. She turns up and the gondola isn’t included in the $200 price, so you have to then spend more money for something they have lead you to believe is part of the package. If they aren’t trying to deceive you then why have the section where you choose the gondola, without something that pops up to say gondola not included. Very disappointed in this company actively trying to swindle people out of there hard earned cash. – via

We were bought tickets for this while we visited queenstown. Our overall experience was amazing! The staff were really friendly and the whole process was really straightforward.
The staff made us feel really comfortable, they were super enthusiastic and encouraging. There’s a little gate there to block you while they hook up the wires and I nearly walked through it without thinking but they’re so strict about your safety so that’s another win.
We purchased the digital video and photos as well. It seems overpriced at the time but considering how many people we’ve shown and the overall experience I think its totally worth it.
Also our tickets were bought off of bookme so it was a little bit cheaper but for sure would do this again and have been recommending it ever since!
