Simplesmente INCRÍVEL. Toda a equipe me tratou super bem. Fui sozinho para o passeio fazer um mergulho pela primeira vez na vida e me senti super acolhido a todo momento. Todos os profissionais foram super atenciosos, carismáticos e deixaram o passeio simplesmente incrível. Esse foi o melhor passei que eu já fiz com uma empresa até hoje. Obrigado a toda equipe!!

Dica: Compre as fotos e os vídeos com o fotógrofo. Ficam super lindos e vale muito a pena. – via

Com exceção de alguns instrutores ( que não recordo o nome) o trato com o cliente é bem rude, quase como se estivessem fazendo um favor.

O dia do mergulho o mar estava extremamente agitado, não tiveram o bom senso de transferir para outro dia, mais da metade das pessoas do barco passou mal, inclusive pessoas não conseguiram fazer o mergulho.

As roupas de mergulho estavam bem usadas e eram curtas, o que causou muito frio no mergulho.

O barco é pequeno e tem apenas um banho para todos.

Faltou o atendimento personalizado que vendem.

Enfim, não recomendo a empresa. – via

O mergulho com a Água Viva foi extremamente conturbado e problemático. Sou credenciado, aluguei equipamentos e roupa de mergulho, que no barco foram sendo distribuídas com uma lista. Devido às inúmeras trocas das pessoas que recebiam roupas pequenas, eu no fim da lista acabei ficando com uma 2 números menor. Apontei que não servia e a equipe só dizia que era o tamanho informado no cadastro, que serviria para um corpo normal. Perguntei se o problema era MEU CORPO e disseram: SIM, O PROBLEMA É VOCÊ! Se quiser pula na água só de sunga (correndo risco de hipotermia no fundo do mar). Com excessão do meu instrutor Ivan, muito gentil, todo o resto da equipe era rude e truculenta. Presenciamos inclusive discussões entre os funcionários. Foi uma experiência terrível. – via

I, wife and our 12 y.o. daughter went for their beginner dive excursion “Bautismo”. Both I and my wife have done similar excursions before, and we both experienced Agua Viva’s instructors to be a lot better than the average. They were able to give you the exact tips you personally needed to be comfortable during the dive. Our 12 y.o. also thought her first-ever dive was easy and fun. They had several instructors proficient in English and Spanish. An altogether good experience. – via

Completed my PADI open water course with Agua Viva. Highlights include swimming with a turtle, seeing some kind of lionfish and discovering a whole new world under the sea ??

Also spotted a giant turtle on the boat ride back.

Can’t recommend enough. Worth a trip to Brazil just for this. – via

Fizemos o mergulho em casal, o instrutor da minha esposa foi o Rai, parece o aquaman kkkk, muito atencioso e preparado, e o meu foi o Ivan que também foi muito atencioso. Teve um imprevisto que o barco quebrou e ficamos horas esperando o resgate, mas deu tudo certo. Faltou frutas, só tinha banana. E como ficamos muito tempo esperando, ficamos com fome haha, todos ficaram. Mas deu tudo certo. O mergulho em si foi maravilhoso, adoramos a experiência e recomendamos a escola. Tinha o Caetano também que ajudou na preparação e transporte, super atencioso. – via

To avoid fatigue, I agreed and went across the street to finish my cigarette. Incredibly, moments later, a lady who arrived driving a Porsche to participate in the dive with us, calmly smoked inside the school in front of the same person who made me cross the street. In short, if you want to be fully respected there, the ideal is to arrive in an imported car.

Infelizmente não posso dar 5 estrelas porque ao fumar um cigarro do lado de fora da escola (literalmente na calçada, não estava nem dentro do terreno deles), o proprietário da escola apareceu para me dar um esporro e dizer que por regras da escola, eu deveria fumar do outro lado da rua (???).
