The best option for taking PPL training:
– Near mountains but not dangerous
– Both grass and asphalt landing runway
– Not too much air traffic so you can focus on learning to fly in the beginning
– New plane – glass cockpit
– Cheap accommodation in place and near by restaurants
– Nice people and many places to visit around
– You can do skydiving or try a glider there
And the most important part is the team. People who truly enjoy life as an instructor pilot and find it very rewarding to teach people how to fly with patience and safety oriented.
